Daniel Fitzpatrick

*1978 in Dublin, currently a PhD student with the DAH (Digital Arts & Humanities)) programme at National University Ireland, Galway, co-director/co-founder of PLASTIK Festival of Artists' Moving Image, co-founder of 'aemi' an independent agency dedicated to the support and exhibition of artists' and experimental moving image.

Research

Current research interests consider the expanded meeting points between the avant-garde, experimental and artists' cinema with a particular interest in strategic responses to cinema's shifting ontologies in the digital age.
